Agreement

By using applications, websites, or services provided by Lyteapp LLC (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal use. You may not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt to extract source code unless permitted by law.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some Services may require a paid subscription or include optional in-app purchases. Pricing, features, and billing intervals are shown at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your account through the platform provider (such as an app store).

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings. Lyteapp LLC does not process payments directly and does not store payment information.

Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged according to the applicable pricing.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the Services as intended
• Do not attempt to harm, abuse, or interfere with our Services
• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules

Our Responsibilities

We aim to keep the Services reliable and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyteapp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
